EAE Barcelona hosts the 3rd APDO Spain Summit on Leadership and Artificial Intelligence
- The event brought together professionals from business, academia and consultancy to discuss the role of people, organizational culture and talent development in AI-driven transformation.

In collaboration with APDO Spain, EAE Barcelona recently hosted the third edition of the Organizational Development Summit, bringing together experts to explore how organizations can embrace the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence without losing sight of the human factor.
With the slogan "CulturaDO: A Practical Implementation for Living Organizations", the event highlighted the importance of human-centred leadership, psychological safety and organizational development as key drivers of sustainable technological transformation.
Putting people at the heart of transformation
At the event, the National Observatory for Excellence in Organizational Development (ONEDO) presented its initial findings, revealing that 91% of organizations with a formalized organizational development model believe they have a greater capacity to adapt and transform.
In the opening panel discussion, Chelo Morillo, the Vice Dean of EAE Barcelona, emphasized that professionals are "increasingly looking for recognition, opportunities for development and consistency between what organizations say and the decisions they make." She stressed that building talent loyalty depends on creating organizations where people are placed at the centre.
Throughout the panel discussions, representatives from both the business and academic communities agreed that artificial intelligence should be a tool that serves people, and that leadership, organizational culture and lifelong learning will remain key differentiating features in helping organizations successfully navigate transformation.
Featuring organizations including Guitart Hotels, KH Lloreda, Decal, Responsablia, Inginium, Iconbetha and FIDEM, the event concluded with an interactive session for reflection for participants to share their experiences, further establishing the 3rd APDO Spain Summit as a leading forum for discussing the future of work and organizational development.
