The Full-time format is an official Master’s Degree designed for full immersion. The Part-time format is a Lifelong Learning Degree aimed at professionals who want to apply knowledge immediately without leaving their job.

The program includes specific preparation for the SHRM (Certified Professional) certification exams, one of the most highly valued credentials in HR worldwide.

Yes, through the Career Development Center you will have access to internship programs and exclusive opportunities within our network of more than 6,200 partner companies.

No, it is not necessary. Many students use the Master’s Degree to start or accelerate their career in Human Resources. The program is designed to develop a strategic view of talent from the outset and help you access entry-level or more senior roles in the field.

The aim of the program is to facilitate your transition into HR roles. Through the Career Development Center, you will have access to career guidance, job opportunities, and direct contact with companies that collaborate with EAE Barcelona.
