The Master in Management is designed for graduates in Social Sciences, Engineering or Architecture with an average of two years of professional experience. It is suited to those with a technical background who need management skills, those with a business background who need analytical skills, and those looking to move from executing decisions to making them.

The track consists of 8 progressive sessions that present the key theoretical concepts for operating in international markets, while also challenging participants to resolve real practical cases in collaboration with Chambers of Commerce.

- The 5-week on-campus residential stage in Barcelona combines dynamic, innovative and experiential methodologies that enable you to shift from theory to practice in real contexts alongside other professionals.
- The International Markets Workshop & Challenge is an intensive and practical program that includes sessions with keynote speakers, knowledge development and challenges with real companies.

- The Master’s Thesis gives students the opportunity to apply all the knowledge acquired over the course of the Master, combining research, creativity and strategic analysis to develop an innovative financial plan focusing on current issues in financial management. Qualification
Upon completing the Master in Management STEM, you will obtain two qualifications with a single enrolment. One is an EAE degree and the other is an official university master's degree, recognised throughout the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and providing access to doctoral studies.
- EAE's own Master's degree in Management, which additionally includes a Certificate in Business Analytics & Big Data (10 ECTS) from EAE Business School.
- Official University Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in Strategic Management, awarded by the University of Lleida (UdL).

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In this master's programme, the STEM approach integrates data analytics, digital tools and technological innovation into business management. This combination provides you with the technical and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, optimise processes and lead an organisation's digital transformation.
The programme lasts ten months and is delivered in a full-time, on-campus format at EAE Barcelona, with an intensive morning schedule from Monday to Thursday and two Fridays per month. As an on-campus programme, it allows you to work directly with professors and classmates, accelerating your learning and helping you build a real professional network.
You will be able to analyse business data using Python, apply machine learning models, build dashboards, assess a company's financial and economic position, optimise the supply chain and manage international teams. You will also develop the leadership skills needed to manage organisational change.
Upon completing the programme, you have the opportunity to obtain the internationally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, which validates your knowledge of agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, widely used in project management in STEM and business environments.
An MBA provides training in general business management and usually requires several years of prior professional experience. A Master's in Management covers the same functional areas but is designed for professionals with less experience who want to move into positions of responsibility sooner. In this case, it also includes an analytics component that a generalist MBA does not cover.
It provides access to management and consulting roles such as Strategy Director, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Consultant, or Technology Product Manager, in multinational companies, expanding start-ups and consulting firms.
Professionals with a previous qualification in social sciences, engineering or architecture and an average of two years of work experience. Those without a background in Economics or Business take two bridging courses: Financial Mathematics and Financial Accounting for Decision-Making.
