EAE Business School held the third edition of the Annual Congress on Business, Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Barcelona from October 15 to 17, 2025, an international event that fostered analysis, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge on the future of business and technological ecosystems.
Organized by the EAE Research Institute for Business Trends, the congress brought together academics, researchers, executives, and corporate leaders from around the world to discuss the main challenges and opportunities shaping digital transformation, sustainability, and global innovation.
Over the course of three dynamic days, participants attended keynote lectures, panel discussions, and academic sessions addressing topics such as artificial intelligence in business, eco-innovation, talent management, and sustainable entrepreneurship strategies. The event consolidated itself as a unique platform for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, building knowledge networks, and bridging scientific research with business practice.
The most outstanding academic contributions were selected for publication in leading international journals such as American Behavioral Scientist, Journal of Promotion Management, and the collective volume published by Springer, further enhancing the research visibility of their authors. Moreover, the event featured the participation of experts from universities and organizations across multiple countries, strengthening EAE Business School’s position as a benchmark in global thought leadership and knowledge transfer to the business community.
Through this third edition, EAE reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence, responsible innovation, and the creation of sustainable value in an ever-evolving business environment. According to Samer Ajour, Vice Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Research at EAE Business School and organizer of the congress, “Knowledge achieves real impact when it connects research, innovation, and business to transform the future.”
