EAE Barcelona strengthens its students’ professional journey with a new Executive Workshop

• The Career Development Center organized a workshop for senior professionals and MBA students focused on salary negotiation and preparing for future career opportunities.

EAE Barcelona’s Career Development Center (CDC) continues to enhance students’ professional journey, providing support designed to foster their professional development throughout their experience at the School.

As part of this initiative, it organized a new Executive Workshop for senior professionals and MBA students, entitled Negotiate Strategically, Build Confidence. Run by TWO.ZERO, the workshop combined theory and practice to develop salary negotiation techniques and prepare participants to approach future job offers effectively.

The session focused on providing participants with the tools to approach salary negotiations with greater preparation and confidence, as part of the support provided by the CDC throughout students’ professional journey.
