EAE Barcelona launches the All Reds project

EAE Barcelona has launched All Reds, an initiative that connects different areas of the School through a range of experiences for all staff members. The project aims to provide a better understanding of the work carried out by other teams, share information and context, break down barriers, and strengthen empathy, trust and a sense of belonging. 

Different experiences to connect teams 

All Reds comprises a series of initiatives: Coffee to Connect with Pilar Saura and Marta Morcillo, EAErasmus, Put Yourself in Their Shoes – We’re All in Sales, and Inside the Classroom. Each of these experiences provides an opportunity to engage with other areas and gain a better understanding of their work, encouraging the exchange of information and context among professionals across the School.

The initiative brings together a variety of formats and opportunities for interaction to provide a more cross-functional view of EAE Barcelona and help professionals from different areas get to know each other better.
