EAE Business School Barcelona, owned by Planeta Formación y Universidades, has published the Employment Report 2022 for graduates of its Bachelor Degree programs, with an overview of the latest employability statistics of its Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration & Management (Spanish), Business Administration & Management (English) and Marketing, Communication and Digital Business.

The report reveals that 87% of the students who finished their undergraduate studies in 2022 at EAE Business School Barcelona are already working professionally, with an average salary of €32,723. The graduates mainly work in consultancy (24%), followed by the industrial sector (16%) and logistics (14%). Moreover, over 43% of the students who are currently employed work in companies with over 500 employees.

To boost our students’ employability, the School runs the Talent for Impact Center. “Through their expertise in training, accompanying the students, research into market trends, networking and working with the business community, our team strives to connect talent with professional opportunities”, explained Anna Boixader, the Director of the Talent for Impact Center.

In 2022, the Careers Department of the Talent for Impact Center reinforced its commitment to the students’ employability by organizing various activities focused on integrating students into the business world. For instance, the students took part in Talent EAE 2022, the leading employment fair in the business school sector in Spain, with the participation of 81 companies, as well as many other employability, recruiting and networking events.

They also had the opportunity to take part in Company Meetings in which students met executives from EAE Business School’s partner companies, as well as company visits to gain insight into different management styles. Lastly, some of our undergraduate students took part in the EAE Challenge, organized by the School in collaboration with leading companies, giving students the chance to compete to resolve real cases the companies face in the everyday running of their organizations.
