Through our Master's degree in Human Resources and Talent Management in Barcelona, we train professionals to transform the department that manages a company’s most important resource: people. 

This programme has been designed to meet all the needs of the HR sector, taking into account the most recent technological and organisational trends and addressing talent attraction, retention and employer branding.

The Master’s Final Thesis will consist of developing a strategic plan for human resources or talent management, linking the knowledge acquired with current innovative proposals, and evaluating its feasibility of real implementation.

Likewise, it can be done from the application of any of the subjects of the study plan in business reality or direct application to a company. The topic ranges from the use of specific tools, digital applications, research and innovation.

Students in the master's programs have the option to undertake extracurricular internships, which are voluntary and not mandatory. These internships are managed by CDC.
