
EAE Barcelona hosts a KH7 masterclass on leadership and business innovation

EAE Barcelona held a masterclass in the Ágora Room with KH7, a leading company in cleaning products in the Spanish market and a benchmark in innovation, excellence and business transformation. , excelencia y transformación empresarial.
The session featured the participation of Josep Maria Lloreda, President and General Manager of KH7, and Jordi Malla, CEO of the company, who shared with attendees the brand’s history and the key factors that have established KH7 as a leading company through a sustained commitment to quality, innovation and automation over 75 years.
During the presentation, the executives explained the company’s evolution and its philosophy of “organisation by neuron”, based on a culture of excellence focused on agility, autonomy and continuous improvement. They also presented some of the company’s most distinctive projects in areas such as AI applied to business, operational optimisation and disruptive marketing, initiatives that have enabled KH7 to position itself as a benchmark brand both in Spain and internationally.
The masterclass focused on how companies can transform markets and generate real impact through innovation, leadership and entrepreneurial courage, sharing insights on adaptation, growth and competitiveness in a constantly evolving global environment.
As the institutional closing of the event, Pilar Saura, Dean of EAE Barcelona, presented the representatives of KH7 with the recognition as “Keynote Guest Speaker at EAE”, together with a commemorative diploma and the book published by EAE Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation: The Advocacy for a Tech-Corporate Ecosystem.
