EAE Barcelona tackles the challenges of adopting Agentic AI in businesses at Tech Spirit Women 2026
- The round table, organized by the School in collaboration with Tech Barcelona, analysed the impact of AI agents on data, talent, governance and leadership.

EAE Barcelona took part in Tech Spirit Women 2026, an event organized by Tech Barcelona that brings together professionals from the technology sector to raise the profile of female talent and promote equal opportunities in the fields of digital and technology.
The School led the round table The Age of Agentic AI: Adoption in the Enterprise, held at the Pier07 building, which explored how companies are adopting Agentic AI and the changes its integration entails for businesses.
Moderated by Carlota Suriol, Director of Marketing and Communication at EAE Barcelona, the discussion featured Sara Vallribera, Senior Innovation Manager at GFT, and Juliana Araujo, Director of Product Management at Skyscanner.
In the session, the participants analysed the extent to which Agentic AI is actually being adopted by organizations and the main barriers to moving from experimentation to effective implementation. These include data quality, the governance of these systems, and the need to adapt companies’ capabilities and leadership structures.
The round table also focused on the impact of AI agents on talent and the organizational changes required to integrate these technologies effectively and responsibly. Within this context, critical judgement is becoming increasingly important: being able to interpret the information provided by AI, question it, distinguish what is valid from what is not, and make informed decisions based on one’s own judgement.
EAE Barcelona’s participation in Tech Spirit Women 2026 forms part of the strategic collaboration between the School and Tech Barcelona, reflecting both organizations’ commitment to responsible progress and their aim to contribute their own perspective to one of the city’s leading forums for the technology ecosystem.
