Innovation Meeting: Change Management in Digital Transformation
Please note that this session will be held in person, with students attending physically rather than virtually.
According to Prosci, one of the leading institutions in change management, 89% of companies are engaged in digital transformation processes, integrating increasingly advanced technologies. However, only one-third of these initiatives achieve the expected results, according to Harvard Business Review.
What is going wrong?
Many organizations invest in technology but neglect the human factor of change. Without effective change management—led from within and from the top—no technological innovation can be successfully implemented.
In this new edition of the Innovation Meetings, we will reflect on a key challenge for any company:
- How to manage change in digital environments?
- What role do leaders play?
- How to align people and technology to achieve effective transformation?
This challenge will be addressed from three different perspectives: that of a large corporation, a medium-sized company, and a startup. These three very different realities help us understand how innovation and change management are experienced depending on the size of the organization.
We will have the expertise of professionals who have led high-impact projects from scratch in companies with a strong technological foundation and growing teams. Real case studies, key learnings, and inspiring strategies.
