EAE Business School, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades higher education network, has consolidated its status as one of Spain’s Big Four business schools —the group of higher education institutions most highly regarded by university students as a professional environment—according to the latest Merco University Talent Ranking 2025–2026.
In the education sector ranking, EAE ranks sixth in a classification that includes both universities and business schools. This result reinforces the School's position within the sector's leading competitive group, alongside IE, IESE and ESADE, consolidating its place among Spain's Big Four business schools. In the overall ranking, EAE is placed 155th, maintaining its position within the Top 200 most attractive organizations to work for in Spain.

These results confirm EAE's visibility among young talent and its reputation as an attractive professional environment. In this context, the ranking serves as an indicator of the institution's perceived employability and the career development opportunities it offers.
The ranking also reflects students' preference for organizations associated with innovation, internationalization and professional development opportunities—areas in which EAE competes directly with the country's leading business schools within the sector's core competitive landscape.
Since 1999, Merco has assessed the reputation of companies and institutions by analysing university students' perceptions of potential employers, as well as their professional expectations, workplace preferences and the factors they consider most important when choosing an employer. Its University Talent Monitor is the only ranking of its kind to be independently verified by KPMG in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard.
