Leading is one of the most challenging and yet most fascinating arts of management. In recent months, FC Barcelona's coach, Hansi Flick, has proven to be an effective leader of people, some of whom are extremely youngāthe talented players from La Masiaāachieving spectacular results that inspire admiration but also curiosity: How was Flick's leadership developed, and what methodology does he apply?.
During the event, we will have the presence of NĆŗria Soler, a coach, mentor, entrepreneur, football agent, and expert in leadership management. Additionally, there will be an online connection with Josep VergĆ©s, former HR executive at FC Barcelona, who will provide insights into team cohesion from within the club. Furthermore, Dr. Miguel Ćngel ViolĆ”n, professor at EAE Business School, will speak about team management and "El efecto Flick," a book to be published in June that analyzes the key elements of the German coach's style. Professor ViolĆ”n specializes in communication and leadership topics and is also the author of "El MĆ©todo Guardiola" (translated into 9 languages) and "Herr Guardiola."
