The Talent for Impact Center is an ecosystem dedicated to helping individuals find their path to development and create a positive impact on both companies and the world.
Through our expertise in education, student mentoring, market trend research and business networking, we enhance the job market by connecting talent with opportunities.

Talent Acquisition
We work with business school students to identify the right talent for the companies we collaborate with, ensuring quality selection tailored to the needs of the company.
In-Company Talent Development
We offer workshops, ad-hoc programs and personalized training to develop the internal talent of companies. We develop joint professional training initiatives with companies —such as the Digital Accelerator Program— aimed to enhance talent.
Research Center
We conduct comprehensive research on market trends and the necessary skills and competencies in order to update our programs and be able to prepare highly competent professionals.
Visibility and Positioning
We work to increase the visibility and positioning of the companies we collaborate with. This involves encouraging their professionals to participate in our advisory boards and organizing events and challenges that help to strengthen their reputation within our business school ecosystem.
Services for EAE Barcelona Students
We’ve created a professional development journey that every EAE Barcelona student can access. Together with the Professional Impact Unit, we offer specialized training and guidance by area, sector and professional profile. Our service is divided into two phases, with the first phase involving exploration to identify the plan of action and choose the area of focus for the second phase: Corporate Career or Entrepreneurship.
We assist you in identifying your strengths, interests and professional aspirations through a range of assessments, workshops and individual counseling sessions. We also provide resources and guidance to help you explore different careers and industries and make informed decisions about your future.
We provide a specialized journey, tailored to your area of expertise, profile and interests, guiding you through a career plan within a company. Our goal is to help you build the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in your field. We'll be with you every step of the way, from crafting your resume and cover letters to preparing for interviews and developing networking strategies throughout the program.
