Sistema de Garantía Interna de Calidad
La garantía de la calidad que queda patente en el Sistema de Aseguramiento Interno de Calidad (SAIC) de EAE obedece al compromiso de responsabilidad social de nuestra escuela, consciente del contexto de globalización de los mercados laborales y universitarios en los que participa.
En este contexto EAE con su SAIC aspira a un modelo de gobernanza que responda con garantías al reto de la rendición de cuentas, la transparencia y la calidad sin reticencias y de forma rigurosa.
La esencia de nuestra misión implica la formulación de un modo propio de atención a los estudiantes que se completa, no solo con una relación de servicios y compromisos que contraemos con ellos, sino sobre todo, en el desarrollo de una actitud enfocada hacia la calidad y la mejora continua como un compromiso institucional basado en la apuesta por la transparencia del servicio público que prestamos.
El Centro Universitario EAE es un centro de formación dedicado a la enseñanza que conduzca a la obtención de diferentes titulaciones de máster oficial y propio, y de grado oficial, en el ámbito de la Administración y la Dirección de empresas.
La Política y Objetivos de Calidad del Centro de Educación Superior EAE Madrid las establece el Comité de Dirección en el firme compromiso de velar por la calidad, la mejora continua y la rendición de cuentas a los grupos de interés.
Esta apuesta firme por la calidad obliga a la mejora constante de todos los ámbitos de actuación de la Escuela, teniendo en cuenta las exigencias de la comunidad educativa y la evolución de las necesidades formativas de la sociedad en la que se integra, y en pro de su progreso y bienestar.
A partir de la Política de Calidad EAE se despliega todo el Sistema de Aseguramiento Interno, persiguiendo los siguientes objetivos:
- Proporcionar una formación dirigida a la excelencia y garantizar una oferta académica coherente con las necesidades y expectativas de la comunidad educativa y de la sociedad en general.
- Promover que la política de calidad sea conocida, entendida y compartida por todos los grupos de interés.
- Conseguir un compromiso de mejora continua, proponiendo y llevando a término las acciones necesarias.
- Asegurar que el Sistema de Garantía Interna de la calidad se actualiza y se supervisa de forma periódica.
En definitiva, el Centro de Educación Superior EAE Madrid se compromete en qué todos sus órganos de gestión administrativa, así como su personal docente y de administración y servicios se implique en la obtención de la calidad total como meta colectiva que lo lleve a conseguir la excelencia en la prestación de sus servicios educativos.

The aim of the Quality Manual is to give an overview of EAE’s Internal Quality Assurance System, designed in accordance with the evaluation model of the AUDIT program, which, in turn, is aligned with the quality assurance criteria and guidelines of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
EAE’s Internal Quality Assurance System specifies how the School improves the quality of its qualification programs, their planning and implementation, and the learning results, as well as the teaching and research staff and administration and service staff.
The different chapters of the Quality Manual set out procedures giving a more detailed description of the mechanisms in place at EAE to guarantee the quality of its tuition programs.
EAE’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) has been designed to differentiate the strategic, support and key processes with the aim of facilitating results analysis and the design, review and implementation of the range of tuition programs, as well as enabling the introduction of the changes required in a cycle of continuous improvement.

EAE ANNUAL REPORT
Every year, EAE publishes an Annual Report that gives an overview of the key developments and events that have happened at EAE Business School. This report not only shows data related to EAE’s academic activity, but also the School’s key achievements over the last twelve months, the activities organized, the research conducted, our students’ employability and even a chance to get to know some of the faculty members.
EAE adopts the academic regulations, as well as the policies and other regulations in this and other areas, in accordance with the regulations and policies and of the affiliated universities. Moreover, the School’s own regulations aim to develop and adapt its needs to the regulations of the affiliated university.
The School’s own regulations are applicable and take precedence over the regulations of the universities to which it is affiliated. The affiliated university’s regulations apply in the event that a certain circumstance is not specified in the School’s regulations.
